I conceptualised and led the KIXY Debit Card Design Contest as a creative community engagement campaign to boost early stage awareness, encourage UGC and drive social interaction - developing the format, visuals, and messaging across platforms, managing entries and community engagement, whilst culminating in an in person prize ceremony that brought new visability and loyalty to the start up.
